Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肺结核的相关危险因素分析

Abstract Objective: To analyze the related risk factors of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Method: 135 cases of T2DM complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were selected as the observation group (n=135), and the other 138 cases of patients with T2DM during the same period as the control group (n=138). The clinical data of patients of two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results: By Logistic regression analysis, diabetes, exercise, living conditions, diet, medication, specification of pulmonary tuberculosis contact history, blood glucose monitoring and control, impaired renal function, impaired liver function and lipid metabolism disorder was related to risk of type II diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis factors. Conclusion: The longer the duration of diabetes, less outdoor sports, the medication is not standardized, poor living and diet, have tuberculosis contact history, impaired renal function, impaired liver function and lipid metabolism disorders that type II diabetes patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis easily; to improve the prognosis of patients, suggest systematic health education on the patients with type II diabetes mellitus pulmonary tuberculosis.
