痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经对症状评分及预后影响

Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of Tongjingshu Decoction (with alleviating effect for dysmenorrheal) combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong's extra-point on the improvement of symptom and prognosis for dysmenorrheal. Methods: The clinical data of 110 patients with dysmenorrheal treated in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2014 were reviewed, which according to the different treatments given, were divided into two groups, each with 55 cases. The control group underwent Yueyueshu Granule for treatment, whereas the study group was given Tongjingshu Decoction combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong' s extra-point for treatment. The curative effect and the prognosis of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, yet the recurrence rate in the former group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Pain score in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and improvement in the study group was more obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongjingshu Decoction combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong's extra-point is of positive effect on the improvement of symptoms and prognosis for the treatment of dysmenorrheal, with higher efficacy, which is therefore worthwhile to be put into promotion and application.
