Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 300 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized from January 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the traditional group were treated with western medicine combined with Danhong injection. Patients in the two groups were compared Symptoms, overall treatment, coagulation, endothelial function and safety. Results: After treatment, the main symptoms in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group. The total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the traditional group.
