Abstract:Objective: To analyze the relationship between the expression of CD34 and VEGF and the enhancement of CT in esophageal carcinoma. Methods: The organization of esophageal mucosa in 40 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 20 cases of healthy people were collected from our hospital, the expression of CD34 and VEGF protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in tissue, and the MVD was counted, measured CT scan cancer CT enhancement value, will be between the indexes and clinical stages of the tumor and its relation to statistics analysis. Results: Compared with healthy control group, the positive expression rate of CD34 and VEGF in esophageal carcinoma group were higher (P<0.05), and they were positively correlated in esophageal cancer tissues (r=0.451, P<0.05); The expression of VEGF and MDV in esophageal carcinoma were correlated with the degree of cell differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage (P<0.05); the expression of VEGF in esophageal cancer tissues (r=0.434, P<0.05) and MVD (r=0.463, P<0.05) with spiral CT enhancement was positively correlated, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: CD34 and VEGF were highly expressed in esophageal cancer, and CD34, VEGF and CT enhancement in esophageal carcinoma are related, are important indicators of combined detection can be used as the invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma and prognosis judgement.
