Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy observation of preoperative debridement and detoxification combined with local microwave therapy before cervical disease. Methods:100 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were treated with preoperative detoxification and detoxification combined with local microwave therapy as the treatment group. The hospital was hospitalized without heat-clearing and detoxification. One hundred patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were used as the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The average wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The complication rate in the treatment group was 2%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,9%. <0.05 difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:The treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with preoperative and postoperative debridement and detoxification combined with microwave treatment is convenient and cheap,and it also reduces the patient’s fear of more bleeding,reduces intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,and reduces Infection,promote wound healing and treatment efficacy is excellent
