Abstract：Objective: To assess the effects and ADR of SCAVB6 on the treatment of breast cancer in the real world. Methods:The breast cancer cases from February 2016 to February 2017 are the subjects of research, from which patients who have completed periodic chemotherapy are screened, based on whether or not to use the SCAVB6 to be treated at the same time as the treatment group (38 cases) and the control group (22 cases), the of short-team effects and the adverse reactions was be recorded. Results:The treatment group and the control group had a recently shown efficiency of 71.05%, 68.18%; Leukocyte decrease, thrombocytopenia, intestine and stomach reaction, and alopecia were higher than those in that treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusions:SCAVB6 combined with chemotherapy has no significant effect on increasing the treatment effect of breast cancer, but it can alleviate that occurrence of adverse reaction and ascension the quality of life of patient.
