Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence on development of tissue T lymphocytes (CD3+), macrophages (CD68+), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Methods: The abdominal aortic aneurysm tissue obtained from 101 patients with AAA admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 was selected as the observation group, at the same time, 20 normal abdominal aorta tissues were selected as the control group.The expression of CD3+, CD68+, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and quantitative analysis was performed by image analysis technique. Results: The expressions of CD3+ (100.43±105.81) and CD68+ (233.01±195.31) in the AAA tissues of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the expression of MMP-2 (0.098±0.047) and MMP-9 (0.025±0.015) in the AAA tissues of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The large expression of CD3+, CD68+, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in AAA tissue can further promote the formation and expansion of AAA
