组织CD3+ CD68+ MMP-2与MMP-9对患者 腹主动脉瘤病情发生发展的影响

摘要 目的:探究组织T淋巴细胞(CD3+)、巨噬细胞(CD68+)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)对患者腹主动脉瘤(AAA)病情发生发展的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年6月本院收治的101例AAA患者术中留取的AAA组织作为观察组,同时选取20例正常腹主动脉组织作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法对以上组织中CD3+、CD68+、MMP-2与MMP-9的表达进行检测,并应用图像分析技术行定量分析。结果:观察组AAA组织中CD3+(100.43±105.81)、CD68+(233.01±195.31)的表达显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组AAA组织中MMP-2(0.098±0.047)与MMP-9(0.025±0.015)的表达升高程度高于对照组,比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AAA组织中CD3+、CD68+、MMP-2与MMP-9的大量表达能够进一步促进AAA的形成及扩张。

AbstractObjective: To explore the influence on development of tissue T lymphocytes (CD3+), macrophages (CD68+), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Methods: The abdominal aortic aneurysm tissue obtained from 101 patients with AAA admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 was selected as the observation group, at the same time, 20 normal abdominal aorta tissues were selected as the control group.The expression of CD3+, CD68+, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and quantitative analysis was performed by image analysis technique. Results: The expressions of CD3+ (100.43±105.81) and CD68+ (233.01±195.31) in the AAA tissues of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the expression of MMP-2 (0.098±0.047) and MMP-9 (0.025±0.015) in the AAA tissues of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The large expression of CD3+, CD68+, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in AAA tissue can further promote the formation and expansion of AAA
