Abstract:Objective: To investigate the lung function changes of hormone combined with immunosuppressive in the treatment of dermatomyositis associated interstitial lung disease. Methods: 40 patients with dermatomyositis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected, and retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 patients, all patients were treated with hormone and immunosuppressive therapy, the changes of serum creatine kinase level and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the levels of 40 cases of patients serum creatine kinase was improved, serum creatine kinase (CK) values was significantly higher than those before, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01); after treatment, patients with pulmonary function level was better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Dermatomyositis with interstitial lung disease with hormone and immunosuppressive therapy can effectively improve the pulmonary function, reduce the pain of patients, improve the therapeutic effect, the prognosis is good, it is worthy of clinical application.
