优质护理联合健康教育对妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响

摘要 目的:探讨优质护理联合健康教育对妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法:收集我院就诊或住院治疗的120例行腹腔镜手术治疗患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理以及健康教育。实验组患者给予术前、术中、术后的全程优质护理并给予健康教育。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)水平以及患者依从性水平。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者的VAS、SAS、SDS评分水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的VAS、SAS、SDS评分水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的依从率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理联合健康教育能够明显减轻妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛情况,具有积极的临床使用价值。

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing combined with health education on anxiety and depression and postoperative pain in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 120 cases of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had a total of 60 cases. Patients in control group were given routine nursing and health education. The patients in the experimental group received preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care and health education. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS), and the level of compliance of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, VAS, SAS and SDS scores were decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the VAS, SAS, SDS score level was lower of experimental group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the compliance rate was higher of experimental group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing combined with health education can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery and postoperative pain.
