Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection on the treatment of viral myocarditis in children and the effect of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Methods: 100 patients with viral myocarditis enrolled from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the control group were given routine treatment. The patients in the experimental group were treated with levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection Fluid, compare the two groups of children with TCM symptom score, the overall efficacy of the disease, TCM syndrome, disease-related parameters, cellular immunity and cardiac function. Results: Compared with the control group, CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) (P<0.01). The overall markedly effective rate of disease was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The significant difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection on children with viral myocarditis and the effect on cTnI and CK-MB levels is significant.
