Abstract:Objective: To compare the blood lipid and Hcy levels and E-selectin genotype distribution in male patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 190 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2017, including Hui 90cases, 100 cases of Han nationality as the research object, using restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of polymerase chain reaction (PCR-RFLP) gene polymorphism detection of E selectin in the second exon of G89T and the fourth exon of A561C, and serological detection levels in the two groups,to explore the differences between the two peoples. Results:There was no significant difference between Hui and Han population in age, while the Han family history, hypertension, smoking/drinking history was significantly higher than the proportion of Hui population (P<0.05);Group of coronary heart disease in Han population of HDL, Glu, serum TC, Hcy levels were significantly higher than that of Hui population, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Han AMI group serum E-selectin level was significantly higher than that of the Hui, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),SAP group and UAP group had no significant difference between the two ethnic groups (P>0.05);Group GG and GT, the distribution of AMI AA and AC genotype was significantly higher than that of Han and Hui, there was a significant difference (P<0.05),the national SAP and UAP distribution between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusions:Han nationality patients with coronary heart disease in the family history, history of hypertension, smoking/drinking history and the ratio of serum TC, HDL, Glu, Hcy levels Was higher than that of Hui population; E-selectin Exon 2 G98T and Exon 4 A561C two gene polymorphism in Hui and Han nationality coronary heart disease have significant difference, Hui AMI group GT and AC genotype were higher incidence.
