Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of lacunar cerebral infarction and leukoaraiosis on cognitive function in patients, and to analyze their correlation. Methods: A total of 92 patients with lacunar infarction were enrolled in this study from July 2015 to November 2016. The patients were treated with MRI to determine the white matter of the patients. According to the situation of leukoaraiosis, the patients were divided into control group White matter loose) and observation group (with leukoaraiosis), the control group of 34 patients, the observation group of 58 cases. (MoCA) was performed on the cognitive function of the two groups of patients. The cholinergic pathway high signal scale (Chips scale) and the modified Scheltens scale were performed in the observation group. The patients were treated with leukoaraiosis to determine the situation after the analysis of patients with leukoaraiosis and cognitive function of the correlation. Results: The scores of MoCA scale showed that the visual acuity and performance score, attention and concentration score and memory score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (t = 3.21,4.59,9.37; P <0.05) The overall score of the scale was also significantly better than the control group (t = 4.24, P <0.05). There was a statistically significant difference between the Chips scale and the modified Scheltens scale in patients with cognitive impairment and cognitive impairment in the observation group (t = 3.81,6.68; P <0.05). Correlation analysis of cognitive impairment in patients with lacunar infarction and leukoaraiosis in patients with leukoaraiosis showed that the visual space and execution of patients, attention and concentration, orientation and total score of MoCA were compared with those of Chips scale (P <0.01). There was a negative correlation between the concentration, the orientation force and the total score of MoCA and the modified Scheltens scale (P <0.05).Conclusion: Lacunar infarction with cerebral leukosis is associated with cognitive dysfunction in patients, and the degree of leukoaraiosis in patients is related to the severity of cognitive dysfunction.
