Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical value of serum adiponectin of levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods: 40 cases of ACS patients treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as observation group, and 40 cases of healthy as healthy control group. IMD and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs - CRP) indicator, with the result of coronary angiography, the Gensini score assessment of coronary artery stenosis with Pearson correlation analysis method to evaluate the IMD and the correlation of the indicators to be detected. Results: IMD and hs - CRP levels of observation group patients were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), serum level of IMD and Gensini score and hs - CRP levels were maintaining positive correlation (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The level of serum IMD in patients with ACS is significantly higher than that in healthy people, which is closely related to the progression of coronary artery disease. It could be used as an effective marker for ACS diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
