Abstract：Objective: To study the analysis of flexible bronchoscopy mirror alveolar lavage therapy for severe cerebral hemorrhage postoperative lung infection of clinical effect. Methods Select our hospital 63 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with severe lung infections after taken as the analysis object, and it is divided into control group in the experimental group according to the principle of random distribution, observe and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, and the indicators. Results After treatment, the patient's treatment, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group, and P < 0.05, the experimental group of cough and expectoration vanished time, antibiotics application, lung inflammation, basic absorb the time and the length of hospital stay in patients were significantly shorter than the control group, and P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with cerebral hemorrhage of severe lung infection after the implementation of flexible bronchoscopy mirror alveolar lavage treatment, the treatment effect is remarkable, suggested that clinical popularization and application.
