Abstract:Objective: To discuss the relationship between micro-inflammatory state and malnutrition in patients with diabetic nephropathy.methods: 120 patients of different stages of diabetic nephropathy were observed,we measured the level of nutrition and micro-inflammatory markers such as GLU,ALB,CREA,BUN,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αbefore treatment to analyse the relationship between micro-inflammatory status and nutrition status. Results: Nutrition and micro-inflammatory status were different in different stages of diabetic nephropathy(p<0.05),the level of nutrition and inflammatory markers were gradually increased along with the progress of DN.There was negative correlation between CRP and ALB,preALB,positive correlation between CRP and IL-6,TNF-α(p<0.05);Also positive correlation was found between ALB and preALB,CREA,age(p<0.05).Conclusion: The micro-inflammatory status was correlated with malnutrition,micro-inflammatory can aggravate malnutrition, and micro-inflammatory can be influenced by malnutrition, clinic attention should be paid.
