Abstract:Objective: To investigate the factors associated with acute coronary syndrome patients with hemorrhage. method: A retrospective analysis from January 2012 to December 2015 admitted 940 patients with acute coronary syndrome patients divided into two groups according to whether the hemorrhage, medical records and reports of medical instruments and analysis of relevant factors during the treatment of patients with hemorrhage. Results: There are two sets of gender factors in patients with significant difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); factor of age, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, high cholesterol history, history of myocardial infarction, peptic ulcer history, history of heart failure, GPⅡb / receptor antagonists exist factors associated with postoperative use of heparin factors Ⅲ significant difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); sex, age, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, high cholesterol history, history of myocardial infarction, digestion Road ulcer history, history of heart failure, GPⅡb / Ⅲ receptor antagonist use ORmin factors associated with postoperative heparin factor> 1, is a risk factor in acute coronary syndrome patients with hemorrhage. Conclusion: for sex, age, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, high cholesterol history, history of myocardial infarction, peptic ulcer history, history of heart failure, the use of GPⅡb / Ⅲ receptor antagonist with no postoperative patients using heparin, the clinical should be more attention to the occurrence of bleeding, control the further development of the disease, prevention of bleeding.
