Abstract:Objective: To analyze HIV confirmatory laboratory test results in Langfang City in 2015, to understand the city's screening laboratory testing and quality control, to understand the characteristics of the population and the prevalence of HIV infection in different populations, and provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods: A total of 273 samples of positive samples were collected from the HIV/AIDS screening laboratory in Langfang City in 2015. The data of 273 HIV antibody checklist were recorded by Excel.Western blot test for the use of inspection samples tested, laboratory confirmation data for statistical analysis. Results: 273 people were collected by the Langfang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed AIDS laboratory test results positive for 159 people, 94 were negative and uncertain for 20 people. For 159 positive samples, 142 cases were male (89.31%, 159/273), 17 cases were female (10.69%, 17/159), the sex ratio is 8.35:1. The age of the patients was mainly 21-40 years (55.35%, 88/159), followed by 41-50 years of age in all of the patients (n = 23.90%, 38/159), in the case of the age of 50 years (n = 19.50%,) (n = 31, 31/159) (n = 88). The distribution of the population was mainly in 102 men (64.15%, 102/159). Conclusion: Strengthening HIV screening laboratories HIV antibody testing laboratory and quality control can increase health education and behavioral intervention for high-risk groups to curb the spread of AIDS
