Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia caused by acinetobacter baumannii (Bauman). Method: 140 patients with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital ICU from 2014 to 2016 were selected as the objects. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (n=74) and the control group (n=66), which were induced by the drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. The observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics, while the control group was only treated with antibiotics. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: 2 weeks as a course of treatment, after the same course of treatment, the significant efficiency and efficiency of the observation group were 62.16%, 31.08%, the total effective rate was 93.24%; in the control group, the significant efficiency and effective rate were respectively 48.48% and 24.24%. PO2, pCO2 and WBC were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Compared with the control group, the observation group decreased WBC (p<0.05), white blood cell count recovered to the normal range, reduce carbon dioxide partial pressure (p<0.05), oxygen partial pressure (p<0.05), to improve the level of patients with improved breathing. Conclusion: Compared with the simple treatment, the use of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii infection with a wide range of drug resistance has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Bauman, it is worthy of promotion
