Abstract:Objective: To explore the optimal recovery of motor skills in fine hand function in patients with stroke in the role. Methods: 60 cases stroke patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated by traditional rehabilitation, research group was used the optimized motor skills training, after treatment for 6 weeks, Fugl-Meyer score, hand, upper extremity function in neural function defect score and a simple inspection score before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the FMA score of the study group was (38.13 ± 7.94), and the STEF score was (58.24 ± 7.83), which was higher than those in the control group (29.92 ± 8.57), (49.87 ± 8.31), the difference was statistically significant (t=3.849,4.015, P < 0.001). The score of neurological deficits in the study group was (2.41 ± 0.88), was significantly lower than the control group (3.51 ± 0.75) points, the difference was statistically significant (t=5.211, P < 0.001). Conclusion: The optimized motor skills training can effectively improve the situation of upper extremity in stroke patients with hemiplegia, can promote the recovery of fine hand function in stroke patients, it is worth spreading
