Abstract:Objective: To observe the intervention effect of ABVS for hyperplasia of less than 1cm breast nodules with the first automated breast volume imaging (ABVS) score, and then developing ultrasound guided mammotome excision scheme. Methods: 212 cases of patients were diagonosed less than 1cm nodular hyperplasia with two-dimensional ultrasound in the fourth hospital of Shijiazhuang from January 2014 to 2015 December. All the patients underwent mammotome vacuum biopsy surgery (MMT) received nodular hyperplasia of malignant tendency score firstly, then were compared the effect of the treatment of ABVS positioning before surgery and the effect of MMT operation under the guidance of simple two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound. Results: After the treatment of ABVS MMT surgery, the complication rate was obviously lower than that of two-dimensional ultrasound guided MMT surgery, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); with ABVS score after resection of nodules and pathological results was higher than that of simple two-dimensional ultrasound coincidence rate, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Before the MMT treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands less than 1cm, the ABVS score and localization were performed, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the consistency with pathological results, and guide the implementation of the operation plan.
