Abstract:Objective: To study the low dose CT scanning and quantitative analysis on the value of airway lesions in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: From August 2015 to July 2016, selected 69 cases of COPD patients admitted in our hospital, according to the severity patients were divided into mild group of 26 cases, moderate group of 19 cases, severe group of 24 cases, and at the same time, choose the health check-up 30 cases as control group. All the research objects were received with low dose CT scanning and lung function test, and measured airway related parameters of the airway with quantitative CT analysis soft ware, and made spearman correlation analysis. Results: The contrast of FEV1, FEV1 / FVC of control group, mild group, moderate group and severe group showed a trend of gradual decline, the difference was statistically significance (P < 0.05). The contrast of WA/BSA, T/BSA, WA %, Pi10 of control group, mild group, moderate group and severe group showed a trend of rising, the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). FEV1 and WA %, a negative correlation relationship between Pi10 (r = -0.472, P = 0.000; r =- 0.484, P = 0.000), FEV1 / FVC and WA %, were negatively correlated relationship between Pi10 (r = -0.501, P = 0.000; r=- 0.493, P = 0.000). Conclusion: Low dose CT scanning and quantitative analysis can provide reliable assessment of COPD airway disease in patients with information, airway parameter WA %, Pi10 is an effective objective evaluation index
