Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of analgecine muscle injection treating postoperative residual neuralgia of LDH (protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc). Methods: 90 LDH patients between 40 and 59 years old who were insensitive to regular conservative treatment (four weeks), with VAS 5 points, and still sufferedfrom lower limb pain or (and) numb at the 2nd week after waist 4-5 or waist 5-sacrum 1 nucleus pulposus removal and intervertebral fusion. They were randomized into three groups, with 30 cases in each group: group A (VitaminB1+B12Injectiongroup), group B (Cobamamide injection group), and group C (analgecine injection group). After being treated for 3-6 weeks by the listed three treatment methods, the clinical curative effect of analgecine injection treating postoperative residual neuralgia of LDH were observed. Result: the clinical curative effect of group C (analgecine injection group) was significantly better than that of group A and group B. Conclusions:analgecine injection can significantly improve the postoperative residualneuralgia of LDH and it has a significant clinical curative effect.
