痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经对症状评分及预后影响

摘要 目的: 探讨痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经对症状评分及预后影响。方法: 回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年12月110例痛经患者,按照不同治疗方案分为两组,每组各55例,对照组行月月舒冲剂治疗,研究组行痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗,观察并比较两组疗效及预后情况。结果: 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者恶心呕吐、腹泻发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后疼痛症状评分均低于治疗前,但是研究组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量指标评分高于治疗前,且研究组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论: 痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经对症状评分及预后均具积极影响,可以增强临床疗效,值得推广及应用。

Abstract：Objective: To observe the effect of Tongjingshu Decoction (with alleviating effect for dysmenorrheal) combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong's extra-point on the improvement of symptom and prognosis for dysmenorrheal. Methods: The clinical data of 110 patients with dysmenorrheal treated in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2014 were reviewed, which according to the different treatments given, were divided into two groups, each with 55 cases. The control group underwent Yueyueshu Granule for treatment, whereas the study group was given Tongjingshu Decoction combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong' s extra-point for treatment. The curative effect and the prognosis of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, yet the recurrence rate in the former group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Pain score in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and improvement in the study group was more obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongjingshu Decoction combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong's extra-point is of positive effect on the improvement of symptoms and prognosis for the treatment of dysmenorrheal, with higher efficacy, which is therefore worthwhile to be put into promotion and application.
