Abstract：Objective: To research the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone in the abnormal uterine bleeding of Ovulation disorder type (AUB-O). Methods: 80 patients with AUB-O who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into A and B groups with the method of random number table, 40 patients in each group. Group A was received low-dose Mifepristone and group B was treated with Dydrogesterone, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the menstrual blood volume, two groups of patients with endometrial thickness and Hb concentration were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05), and group B improved more significantly, and group A had significant difference (P<0.05); group B total effective rate was significantly higher than that of A group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in group B significantly lower than group A (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone and Dydrogesterone can effectively treat AUB-O, but the latter is more advantageous in reducing menstrual quantity, endometrial thickness and adverse reactions, and increasing Hb concentration, is worth a recommendation.
