Abstract：Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of ticagrelor combined with rosuvastatin in treatment of unstable angina. Methods: 186 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control and observation group. The patients in the control group were treatment with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate and Rosuvastatin Calcium. The patients in the observation group were treatment with Ticagrelor and Rosuvastatin Calcium. The lipid levels and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of TC, TG,LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of HDL-C higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01).The total effective rate was 89.2% in the observation group and 68.9% in the control group with significant difference (P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Ticagrelor combined with rosuvastatin has significant clinical effect in treatment of unstable angina.
