Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection on Chinese medicine syndrome in patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of lung cancer. Methods: 90 cases of lung cancer patients randomly divided into treatment group (Shenqifuzheng group), positive control group (Addie injection group) and blank control group and all the patients' data were analyzed. Results: The end of treatment, three groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome points were lower than those before treatment. The TCM syndrome points in Shenqi group before and after treatment were more significant differences (P<0.01); Shenmai group before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ); placebo group before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The Shenqi group compared with others before and after treatment was significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, the data of spontaneous sweating and dizziness had no statistically significant. Conclusion: Shenqifuzheng injection fluid from the main function of the vital essence, Qi and spleen, and its effect in the treatment of lung weakness significantly better than Addie injection, can be used as a chemotherapeutic adjuvant.
