Abstract：Objective: To compare the clinical effect of the Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with incisionless anastomosis and traditional laparoscopic surgery to explore the feasibility and safety of Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with incisionless anastomosis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from January 2014 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into test group and control group. Among them, 60 cases of colorectal cancer underwent the laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with incisionless anastomosis(test group), and 60 cases underwent traditional Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(control group). By comparing the basic conditions before operation, operation length, intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node dissection, postoperative hospital stay, eating and defecation conditions and postoperative complications and other clinical indicators. Results: The sleep quality score(6.26±1.16), pain score(2.95±0.79), and length of stay(11.55±3.79d)in the test group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative pathological findings in both groups showed no cut margin-positive cases. There were no statistical significance on the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative lymph node dissection, and postoperative complications in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer without incision anastomosis has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery after surgery, and low pressure on the patient's heart. It is worthy of promotion.
