Abstract:Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment (MVCI). Methods: A total of 120 MVCI patients admitted to Chaoyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (60 cases in each group). On the basis of supportive treatment, the control group was given donepezil hydrochloride treatment, and the observation group was given butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks. The Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) were used before and after treatment. The two groups of patients were scored, the P300 latency and P300 amplitude, and the clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results: After treatment, the MMSE score and MOCA score were significantly increased (both P<0.05), but the change in the observation group was larger than that in the control group (all P<0.05); after treatment, the P300 latency were all shortened and the amplitude increased (all P<0.05), but the difference in the P300 latency of the observation group was more obvious, and the amplitude increased poorly. The value is more obvious (all P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide combined with donepezil hydrochloride treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
