Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of neomycin combined with accurately customize cardiac rehabilitation exercise on the heart failure patients' prognosis. Methods: 108 heart failure patients were divided into control group(54 cases) and study group(54 cases) . The study group endured conventional treatment of chronic heart failure, intravenous infusion of neomycin combined with accurately customize cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy. The control group endured routine treatment. The cardiac function, serum NT-proBNP levels and the total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the levels of LVEF, SV, CI and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01), and the levels of NT-proBNP were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=11.47,P<0.01), the observation group's effective rate was 90.74%, which was significantly higher than the control group's 72.23% (χ2=7.25,P=0.03). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Neomycin and accurately customize cardiac rehabilitation exercise on heart failure is remarkable. It can reduce the level of serum NT-proBNP, improve the function of heart and the prognosis.
