Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of different postures (flat position and head-low-foot-high position) on the clinical efficacy of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: Prospective analysis was conducted between April 2019 and March 2021 on 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy, who were divided into research group and control group strictly with the random number table method. 43 cases in the control group undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy had traditional head-low-feet-high position, and 43 cases in the research group had the supine position. Postoperatively, the two groups were compared on the comfort level (comfort level was evaluated according to grade distribution), postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction with body position placement. Results: The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (4.65%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.26%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.889, P<0.05).The distribution of postoperative comfort level in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=9.350, P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (4.65%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.26%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.889, P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients with body position placement in the study group (97.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.09%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=10.274, P<0.05). Conclusion: The supine position plays a positive role in laparoscopic total hysterectomy by reducing complications, improving the patient's comfort degree, and winning the patient's approval. It has the value of universal application due to patient's satisfaction.
