Abstract：Objective: Understand and master the current situation of TCM clinical departments in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province, analyze the main problems and explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: The current situation of clinical departments of traditional Chinese medicine in 40 general hospitals in Hebei Province was investigated by joint verification and administrative permission of provincial registered tertiary general hospitals. Results: There are some problems in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province, such as insufficient beds in TCM departments, insufficient allocation of TCM professionals, single or even shrinking of appropriate TCM diagnosis and treatment technologies. Conclusion: In order to ensure the healthy development of Chinese medicine, it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of TCM professionals, increase the research and development, application and promotion of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment technology, strengthen the publicity and Legal Popularization of TCM, and strengthen the supervision and law enforcement of TCM, so as to ensure the healthy development of Chinese medicine.
