Abstract:Objective: To explore the application value of iRoot-BP closed upper root canal in the treatment of endodontic revascularization of young permanent teeth. Methods: Forty young permanent teeth patients with periapical lesions who were treated in the Department of Stomatology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were included as the research subjects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 20 cases in each. The control group was treated with apical induction angioplasty, and the treatment group was treated with IROOT-BP for endodontic revascularization. The two groups were compared on the clinical efficacy, apex index, root canal wall thickness, root crown length and tooth function of patients with diabetes. Results: The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.00% vs 60.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). According to the apex index evaluation criteria, the proportion of complete cure + improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The root canal wall thickness and root crown length of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score showed that the treatment group scored higher than the control group in terms of occlusion, tooth color, and chewing function, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Endothelium revascularization with iRoot-BP closed crown is effective in the treatment of periapical lesions of young permanent teeth, and can promote root canal wall thickness and root canal regeneration. It is worth promoting.
