Abstract:Objective: To compare the application of different stimulation schemes in vitro fertilization embryo transfer of patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR).Methods: 76 cases of DOR in vitro fertilization embryo transfer from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into 41 cases in group A (micro stimulation and antagonist program) and 35 cases in group B (double stimulation program) according to the patient's voluntary principle.Group B was divided into follicular phase group and luteal phase group to compare the results of different stimulation schemes.Results: Compared with the follicular group,the number of oocytes,the amount of ovulation,the time of ovulation and the number of high-quality embryos in group A were significantly increased.And the content of luteinizing hormone on the trigger day was significantly decreased (P<0.05).Compared with group A,the dosage,time,progesterone and estradiol of luteal phase group were significantly increased,while luteinizing hormone content was significantly decreased (P<0.05).Compared with the follicular group,the number of oocytes obtained,the amount of ovulation induction,the time of ovulation induction,the number of embryos available,the number of high-quality embryos and the progesterone value on the trigger day in the luteal phase group were significantly higher,and the luteinizing hormone content on the trigger day was significantly decreased (P<0.05).The available embryo rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (P<0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical application of DOR patients,the luteal phase of the double stimulation program can achieve the same ovulation results as the micro stimulation+antagonist program,and the implementation of the double stimulation program in the same menstrual cycle can reduce the treatment time of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer,which is feasible and reliable for the treatment of DOR patients.
