Effects of Rosuvastatin or Atorvastatin combined with Clopidogrel on Serum Levels of MIF,CKLF1 and FKN and Neurological Function in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of rosuvastatin or atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on serum levels of MIF,CKLF1 and FKN and neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 186 cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018 were selected for the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random table method, with 93 cases in each group. The two groups were given clopidogrel, and control group was combined with atorvastatin, and observation group was combined with rosuvastatin. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: Compared with control group, the improving degrees of levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were greater after treatment in observation group (P<0.05). The levels of serum MIF, CKLF1 and FKN in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvements of NIHSS score and Barhel index score in observation group after treatment were better than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusions: Rosuvastatin combined with clopidogrel for patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve the levels of serum MIF,CKLF and FKN and neurological function. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion.
