Abstract:Objective: To explore the efficacy of hemocoagulase combined with omeprazole sodium on gastric acid secretion function and levels of serum EGF, VEGF and SOD in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 120 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (Hemagglutinase combined with omeprazole sodium is injected intravenously) and control group (Intravenous infusion of omeprazole sodium) according to the treatment method, with 60 cases in each group. The blood loss volume, blood transfusion volume, hemostasis time, hospital stay, healing effects of ulcer wounds and indexes of gastric acid secretion function [basic gastric acid secretion (BAO), maximum gastric acid secretion (MAO) and peak gastric acid secretion (PAO)] and levels of serum EGF, VEGF and SOD before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: The blood loss volume and blood transfusion volume in observation group were significantly less than those in control group, and the hemostasis time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of wound healing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The levels of BAO, MAO and PAO in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The levels of EGF, VEGF and SOD after treatment were significantly increased in the two groups, and the levels in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hemocoagulase combined with omeprazole sodium has better hemostasis effects on patients with peptic ulcer, and it can promote ulcer wound healing.
