点阵激光技术对面部整形美容患者的效果安全性及患者满意度的分析研究

摘要目的: 探讨点阵激光技术对面部整形美容患者的效果及患者满意度、安全性的分析研究。方法: 选择2015年6月到2016年6月我院接诊的面部整形美容患者70例作为研究对象,以简单随机分组法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=33),对照组使用常规手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用点阵激光技术治疗。比较两组治疗后疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visualanalogue scale, VAS)、生活质量、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果: 治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.89%,显著高于对照组的69.70%,(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、生活质量评分均显著改善,且观察组生活质量评分、VAS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者满意度为91.89%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率分别为16.22%、54.55%(P<0.05)。结论: 在面部整形美容患者中使用点阵激光技术效果显著,可有效改善患者疼痛情况及生活质量,减少不良反应,值得推广与运用。

Abstract：Objective: To analyze the satisfaction and safety of dot array laser technology on facial plastic surgery and cosmetology patients. Methods: 70 cases of facial plastic surgery and cosmetology patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, randomized number table method was used to divide the observation group (n=37) and the control group (n=33). The control group was treated with conventional surgery, and the observation group was treated with dot matrix laser technology on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, visualanalogue scale (VAS), quality of life, satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, significantly higher than that of the control group (69.70%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores and quality of life scores in both groups were significantly improved, and the quality of life scores and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 91.89%, significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%, P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 16.22% and 54.55%, respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Dot-matrix laser technology is effective in facial plastic and cosmetic patients. It can effectively improve pain and quality of life, reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
