Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum in patients with autoimmune diseases and its correlation with T lymphocyte level. Methods: A total of 100 patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study group, and 40 healthy medical personnel from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The detection rate of ENA polypeptide antibody and the expression of T lymphocytes of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of ENA polypeptide antibody was significant in the study group. At the same time, two or more autoantibodies were detected. The serum of the study group contained a variety of autoantibodies, indicating that the ENA antibody contained the corresponding disease antibody spectrum. Conclusion: Because of the clinical manifestations of autoimmune disease variety, increase the difficulty of early diagnosis, and the ENA polypeptide antibody detection repeatability, no special equipment, less YongXieLiang time, simple operation, good specificity, but also for a variety of autoantibodies to sieving and recognition at the same time, is beneficial to the patients with early diagnosis, is of great help to the follow-up treatment, worth clinical promotion.
