Abstract:Objective: To observed the function of compound anisodine for vitrectomy down behind the position of the patient's fundus blood circulation. Methods: 80 cases of the use of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling operation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with retinal detachment were randomly divided into two groups, observation group (n = 40) in postoperative 1 d injection of compound anisodine, continuous injection of 2 weeks, and measurement of 1 d, 14 d after retinal microcirculation parameters (including (Volume), (Flow), (Velocity), and the control group (n = 40) did not give additional expand blood vessel drugs, measuring time, content and method, and with the observation group. Results: : The Vol, the Flw and the Vel of the control group after 14 d were decreased significantly than that after 1 d treatment (P < 0.05). The Flw and the Vel of the observing group after 14 d are significantly increased than that after1 d treatment (P < 0.05). The Vol, Flw, Vel of two groups after 14 d had more significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compound anisodine for vitrectomy down behind the position of the patient's fundus blood circulation has a significant effect,it can reduce secondary retinal ischemia and improve the patient's quality of vision, has high clinical value.
