Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of different concentration contrast agents on the image quality of the lower extremity venography with multi-slice spiral CT. Methods: The patients received direct method lower extremity venous examination were collected from 2014 to 2016 in our hospital. The injection rate of contrast medium was 3ml / s, the delay time was 50s and the scanning time was 20s.The images were divided into groups according to the different concentrations, and the original image data were acquired. The original image data were acquired and analyzed by image reconstruction. The images were evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results: In this group of 40 patients, 80 sides of the lower extremity deep vein, the scores of each group were as follows: the concentration of 1: 4 group, 1 points for 13.04%, 2 points for 52.17%, 3 points for 34.79%;concentration of 1: 6 group, 1 points for the 11.11%, 2 points for 22.22%, 3 points for the 66.67%;the concentration of 1: 7 group, 1 point for 18.18%, 2 points for 18.18%, 3 points for 63.64%;the concentration of 1: 9 group, 1 points for the 0,2 points for 24%, 3 points for 76% cases. Conclusion: This study demonstrates the use of contrast media at a contrast agent concentration of 1: 6, 1: 7, 1: 9 can get a clear image of blood vessels. But the concentration of contrast agent set 1: 9 not only can provide the best clinical image data, but also reduce the amount of contrast agent, can be considered the best venous CTV of the lower extremity concentration.
