Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of double chamber pacemaker in the treatment of senile patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia. Methods: 100 elderly bradycardia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in DDD group were treated with double-chamber pacemaker while those in VVI group were treated with single-chamber cardiac pacing The disease-related parameters, NYHA classification, quality of life and follow-up results were compared between the two groups. Results: The levels of LVEF, SV, CO and CI in DDD group were significantly higher than those in VVI group after treatment. The LVEDD, PAV, BV, PV, CK-MB and cTnⅠ in patients with DDD were significantly lower than those in VVI group The scores of quality of life in each dimension of SF-36 in each month were significantly higher than those in VVI group (P <0.01), and the NYHAⅠ ~ Ⅱlevel of patients in treatment group were significantly higher than those in VVI group The incidence of atrial fibrillation and hospitalization due to heart failure were significantly lower than that of VVI group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The double-chamber cardiac pacemaker treatment of elderly patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia significant clinical effect, can significantly improve the prognosis, with reference.
