Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effects of atorvastatin and betaloc on serum Hcy, hs-CRP and blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with transient ischemic attack. Methods: 80 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with transient ischemic attack admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received betaloc and the experimental group received atorvastatin. The electrocardiogram (ECG) improvement, the overall treatment effect of transient ischemic attack, disease-related parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement and the total effective rate of transient ischemic treatment in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05); the thickness of intima-media, the maximum area of plaque transection, The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, IL-8, HCY, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP and FBG in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Atorvastatin combined with betaloc has significant effect on serum Hcy, hs-CRP and serum lipid level in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with transient ischemia.
