Abstract：Objective: To explore a method to reduce the reflexes of the vagus nerve in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods: A single center randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. 200 patients undergoing hemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision were randomly divided into experimental group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). During the operation, the control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group was given audio-visual intervention combined with dispersal. On the basis of this, the changes of vital signs and the number of vasovagal reflexes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the vital signs of the experimental group were relatively stable during the operation, and the difference was statistically significant. The number of vascular vagus nerve reflex (8 cases) in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group (18 cases), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with hemorrhoids and mucous membrane circumcision, the combination of audio-visual intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as vasovagal reflex and stable vital signs, which is of great significance for the smooth operation and ensuring the safety of patients.
