Abstract:Objective: To analyze the expression and correlation of C-erbB-2, EGFR, bcl-2, P53 and Ki-67 in gastric cancer, and to provide the theoretical basis for the prognosis and targeted therapy of gastric cancer. Methods: The immunohistochemical staining results of C-erbB-2, EGFR, Bcl-2, P53 and Ki-67 in 193 patients with gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results: C-erbB-2 and EGFR were associated with invasion depth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not with tumor differentiation (P>0.05); P53 was associated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P <0.05), but not with depth (P>0.05); Ki-67 was associated with invasion depth, Ki-67 was associated with invasion depth, lymph node metasis and tumor differentiation (P<0.05). At the same time, the results showed that the indicators were associated with age and sex of patients with gastric cancer (P>0.05). There was a positive correlation between C-erbB-2 and EGFR, Ki-67 and bcl-2, EGFR and Ki-67; bcl-2 was negatively correlated with P53; there was no correlation between the other indexes. Conclusion: The expression of C-erbB-2, EGFR, bcl-2, P53 and Ki-67 in gastric carcinoma is related to the clinicopathological features. The combined detection is important for the prognosis and targeted therapy of gastric cancer.
