Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the application of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the outpatient department of our hospital, and provide references for the clinical rational administration and management. Methods: The oral PPIs drugs application situation of outpatient department in the second quarter of 2017 was analyzed by using limit daily dose (DDD).The data of all the prescription of Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets was recorded, such as the patients' basic situation and the Clinical departments. All the prescription of Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets were reviewed for normative and appropriateness.Finally all the data was analyzed by EXCEL. Results: The application of Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in outpatients department was more appropriate, but there were still some unreasonableness, such as dosage of outpatient prescription was more than 7 days, indications and usage were not appropriate. Conclusion: Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets has high clinical value, social benefit and economic benefit, but it is necessary to pay attention to the indications and usage in the course of use.
