不同时间点行椎体后凸成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效的影响

摘要 目的:评价椎体后凸成形术在不同时间点治疗椎体骨质疏松压缩骨折的临床效果。方法:选择伤后3周内和大于3周胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折行椎体后凸成形术的患者各60例,分别于治疗前后记录VAS评分、ODI评分、伤椎后凸角、颈7矢状位比值。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分和ODI评分均有改善,组间改善情况对比均未见明显差别(P>0.05);A组治疗后伤椎后凸改善程度优于B组(P<0.05);A组治疗后颈7矢状位比值改善程度优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:不同时间行椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体骨质疏松压缩骨折,均可达到快速改善症状、提高生活质量的目的,早期处理更利于纠正局部后凸畸形。

AbstractObjective: To evaluate the clinical effect of PKP at different time on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: 60 patients of osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture treated by PKP within 3 weeks after injury, another parallel 60 patients were treated by beyond 3 weeks. VAS score, ODI score, kyphotic angle and C7/SFD were recorded before and afer treatment. Results: There were no obvious difference of improvement of VAS and ODI between two groups, improvement of kyphotic angle and C7/SFD of group A were better than those of group B after treatment. Conclusions: PKP at different time can both improve symptoms and enhance the quality of life quickly; the earlier treatment, the more advantage in correcting the local fracture deformities.
