Abstract：Objective: To study effect of caltrate D combined with zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients with chronic low back pain. Methods: this study was limited to 80 patients with primary osteoporosis chronic low back pain admitted from January 2016 to January 2017. Randomized control method was divided into control group and experimental group, the patients in the control group were treated with zoledronic acid injection alone, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with caltrate combined with zoledronic acid injection. The scores of daily functions, total effective rate of treatment and visual pain simulation score were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate, daily function score and visual pain analogue scale of the control group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic lumbago and pain of primary osteoporosis with the combination of calcium D and zoledronic acid injection can effectively improve the treatment effect, daily function and relieve the pain symptoms of the patients.
