Abstract:Objective: To study study and analyze the skin care effect of advanced malignant tumor with low protein edema, so as to get effective nursing methods, effectively avoid complications and infection. Methods: In this study, 40 patients with advanced malignant tumor with low protein edema were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017. The randomized digital table was used to divide into the control group and the observation group. The two groups were 20 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The main risk factors of the observation group were analyzed, and the corresponding nursing measures were implemented. After 3 weeks of nursing, the pressure sores, survival, depression, anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results: The incidence of bedsore in the study group was lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.329, P<0.05). After 1 weeks and 3 weeks of nursing, the KPS score and QOL score of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=2.954, 3.053, P<0.05). The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating depression scale of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=2.942, 2.487, P<0.05). On the whole, the degree of satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (z=-3.606, P<0.05), and the total satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=5.714, P<0.05). Conclusion: In clinical treatment of malignant tumor with low protein edema, the targeted nursing measures can effectively reduce the pressure sore, improve the patient's survival and quality of life, at the same time, it can also relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
