Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinic effect of tirofiban (TIR) combined with clopidogrel (CLO) on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in serum. Methods: 119 cases of patients with AMI admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as research objectives, and according to simple random method, those patients were divided into two groups. The observation group (60 cases) was treated by TIR combined with CLO, while the control group (59 cases) was treated by CLO. The clinical effect, changes of serum IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP levels before and after treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, the overall effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.4%, P<0.05). The serum IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP levels of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the serum IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly lower the in the control group at same time (P<0.01). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 6.7% and 5.1%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. (P>0.05). Conclusion: Tirofiban combined with clopidogrel could effectively control the inflammation and improve the treatment effect with high safety.
