Abstract：Objectives: To explore the curative effect of the combination of Chinese medicine youdujing suppository combined with western medicine in the treatment of condyloma acuminata of vagina. Methods: 92 female patients with genital condyloma acuminatum were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. After warts bodies were removed, both groups received 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy at different time. Youdujing suppository was applied by vagina in treatment group. The wound healing time and recurrence of two groups were compared in three months respectively. Results:The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The treatment of Western medicine has been optimized by the combination of youdujing, which can better inhibit the recurrence of condyloma acuminata, and it is worth popularizing.
