Abstract：Objective: To observe the clinical effects of tiaotongbi decoction combined with herb residue ironing for treating primary osteoporosis.Methods: 80 patients diagnosed with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in the control group by using calcitonin and vitamineD3 treatment, the observation group by using calcitonin and vitamineD3 andtiaoshentongbi decoction combined herb residue ironing treatment, compared two groups of clinical effects, VAS pain score and to improve the situation.Results: After 4 weeks of intervention, VAS pain score was significantly reduced in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvement degree of VAS pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%, which was significantly higher than 57.5% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined treatment of calcitonin and vitamineD3 and tiaoshentongbi decoction combined herb residue ironing can effectively improve the clinical effect of osteoporosis pain and alleviate pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
